ACCESS4All project follows the OER practices in its digital outputs; ACCESS4All philosophy and approach on the use of ICT and OER respects the content of the European Commission directives as well which states that “Open access refers to the practice of granting free Internet access to research outcomes and products.

In this context, a) the project outputs are released under Creative Commons license BY-NC-ND (Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives), b) the partners keep intellectual property rights of the products, c) users have the right to use freely all the products, for non-commercial use. Last, the specifications of BY-NC-ND license are: Attribution

— You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use, Non Commercial

— You may not use the material for commercial purposes, No Derivatives

— If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
