On 25 January on the website of the Minister for Disabilities, it was announced that on 30 December 2021 the Decree of 7 December 2021 of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities was published in the Official Gazette bearing the title « Adoption of the guidelines aimed at favouring gender and generational equal opportunities, as well as the employment inclusion of persons with disabilities in public contracts financed with PNRR resources« .
The PNRR – National Recovery and Resilience Plan, stipulates that « calls for tenders will indicate, as necessary requirements, criteria oriented towards the objectives of equal opportunities”.
