On 25 January on the website of the Minister for Disabilities, it was announced that on 30 December 2021 the Decree of 7 December 2021 of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities was published in the Official Gazette bearing the title “Adoption of the guidelines aimed at favouring gender and generational equal opportunities, as well as the employment inclusion of persons with disabilities in public contracts financed with PNRR resources“.
The PNRR – National Recovery and Resilience Plan, stipulates that “calls for tenders will indicate, as necessary requirements, criteria oriented towards the objectives of equal opportunities”.
