The World Health Organization estimated in 2011 that 15% of the world’s population had some form of disability.

 

IN UNIT 1. The main goal will be to describe the general social, educational, professional and financial benefits that the adoption of a national disability action strategy and plan may achieve.
 
We will expose the results into the three main targets

IN UNIT 2.The main goal will be to address the current state of inclusivity, focusing on employement policies and the CSR model of companies. 

 

By the end of the Module, the learner should be able to:

  • understand the relevance of inclusivity among trainers, educators, public bodies, NGO members, etc. in order to face the new challenges presented by the current situation on education, finances, politics, and professional life.
  • recognize and understand the main benefits that the adoption of inclusive strategies shall have in society.
  • understand the importance of inclusivity towards disability, as well as the importance of collaboration as members of the current society and the significance that each action can have.
